How to publish news in the homepage?
For SEP collaborators there are two ways to publish news in the HOMEPAGE depending on the material you have available.
Please let us remind you that only important issues (i.e. SEP events, main projects, publication releases and self organized conferences…) can be posted as news on the home page.
The two different ways available for posting news are:
1) As written news. If you only have a little written news available, you must send the editor a word document with the text you would like to post. The word document must contain:
a. News Title
b. Date
c. Text body (the actual news)
d. Author
e. SEP sector that the news belongs to, i.e.: food, events, active welfare, etc.
f. Possible links
This kind of news has a maximum of 150 words. It will be posted in the text part of the homepage editorial that you can see in the picture below.



2) As animated images. These kinds of postings are for:
- news based on an image and a title
- a short text is readable on mouse overthat
- a link or a document can be downloaded clicking on the image
An animated advertisement:

There are three animated advertisement that you can publish news in (SEE PICTURE below):

Button 1 & 2: Bottom left and central, image of 240 x 165 pixels, 72 DPI; text maximum of 30 words
Button 3: Right side of the editorial, image of 240 x 370 pixels 72 DPI; text maximum of 85 words
To publish an animated advertisement you need to send the editor a word document that must contain:
a. An image in the right size (button 1, 2 or 3)
b. News Title
c. Text body (the summary of the news respecting the word max specified above)
d. Author
e. SEP sector that the news belongs to, i.e.: food, events, active welfare, etc.
f. The space you want to use (button 1, 2 or 3)
g. Eventual link to go to at mouse-clic
h. Eventual file to download at mouse-clic

Which is the process of case collection in the SEP platform?
We have a great collection of cases in the SEP platform, and we want our SEP collaborators to keep on giving light to these social innovations. For that, we encourage our users to keep on posting cases in their blogs and we will take the responsibility to put them as well on the main catalogue of cases.
